All our acrylic trays and walls are made in New Zealand from European sourced ABS backed acrylic, and feature patented aquaCHECK technology to prevent water leakage.
aquaCHECK
Unique to Newline acrylic showers is the innovatively simple patented aquaCHECK system. This prevents water damage - without the need for a grimy silicone seal inside the shower between the acrylic tray and wall.
It works by creating an air gap between the tray upstand and the acrylic wall, preventing capillary action and water damage behind the walls. In addition, the corner drain captures and returns water into the tray from the aluminium and glass extrusions. This assists with leak prevention.
aquaCHECK patented technology is exclusive to Newline Acrylic showers, and is essential in keeping your shower looking good for the future.
