Delivery

All Plumbing Plus stores can arrange delivery of your order at additional cost; and your local store will be able to quote you a delivery period; normally 1 – 2 days if the product is in stock; or longer if any of the items on your order have to especially ordered with a supplier: if this is the case your store will quote you a specific delivery period.

Delivery charges quoted will be applicable to any physical address within the two main islands of New Zealand. Delivery to any NZ off shore islands can certainly be arranged at additional cost and will be subject to special quotation; or such a delivery can be organised through your own nominated shipping agent if you prefer. Please discuss with your chosen Plumbing Plus store. We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are usually calculated based upon the physical sizes(s) of the items concerned (cubic measurement) and in addition the weight of the item(s); plus the delivery distance involved.

Delivery Issues

Please contact the store with whom you ordered the goods should you have any concerns whatsoever prior to or subsequent to delivery. We will always endeavour to completely resolve any concerns which you may have.

Stock Availability

Our stores endeavour to keep the most popular items in stock; however some items may have to be ordered in especially. If such items are in stock with our supplier anticipate two to three days wait; if the item has to be manufactured to your individual specification then two to three weeks wait would be typical.

Returns and Refunds

The NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act form the basis of our returns policy in regards to any faulty or damaged items.

If you wish to return any item to us please contact the store from whom the item or items were purchased and they will advise further.

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Plumbing Plus.
